Yes. You request your stay in Fiesch directly with the owner of Chalet Plexat. Check availability and the price for your dates first. Your request is reviewed personally; the booking becomes binding only after confirmation and receipt of all booking costs payable in advance.
Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
No. The owner reviews your request. A rental agreement is established only after the required confirmation and receipt of all booking costs payable in advance. Until then, the dates remain available to other guests.
When do I pay the booking costs, deposit and tourist tax?
Once your request is approved, we send you payment instructions. The booking costs must be paid in full in advance. Your reservation becomes final only after our confirmation and receipt of this full payment. The CHF 150 deposit and tourist tax are paid in cash on arrival, before the keys are handed over.

House Rules
Together we can ensure a pleasant stay
We want you to feel at home at Chalet Plexat. We therefore kindly ask you to treat the apartment, its contents and the surroundings with care.
Your stay
The lower-floor apartment accommodates a maximum of four people. Only the guests named in the booking request may stay in the apartment.
You are welcome to arrive between 16:00 and 18:00. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 at the latest.
One dog is welcome when included in the booking request. Multiple dogs or other pets are not permitted.
Put all waste in the designated orange waste bags and take these to the collection point. Please do not leave waste outside or near the apartment during or after your stay, as it may attract animals and pests.
Taking care of the apartment
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the terrace around the lower-floor apartment.
Please use the apartment, furniture, appliances and inventory carefully and only for their intended purpose. Furniture, appliances and other inventory items may not be moved. Please also ventilate the different rooms thoroughly each day.
If anything is accidentally damaged or goes missing, please inform the host as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution together.
Before you leave
We appreciate it when you leave the apartment tidy. Please empty the refrigerator and leave it neat and clean. Empty the dishwasher as well and return clean dishes and kitchen utensils to their original places.
Strip the used beds and leave the bed linen and pillowcases on the corresponding bed.
When leaving, place the key on the inside of the door or on the round table in the living room.
Deposit and final inspection
After your departure, we will inspect the apartment. The deposit will then be refunded by bank transfer as soon as possible.
Any costs for additional work, damage or missing items may be deducted from the deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit, the remaining amount will be charged to the guest.
Your agreement
By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these house rules. The house rules form part of the rental agreement.

Cancellation terms
If your plans change
We understand that you may need to cancel your stay. Please notify Chalet Plexat of any cancellation in writing.
Once we receive your cancellation, we will make the relevant stay period available for booking again. In this way, we will try to limit your cancellation costs as much as possible.
How cancellation costs are calculated
If the entire cancelled period is rebooked by another guest, no cancellation costs will be charged for the rebooked part.
If only part of the cancelled period is rebooked, you will only pay cancellation costs for the part of the original stay period that was not rebooked.
If the cancelled period cannot be rebooked, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the booking costs.
The refundable deposit and tourist tax are not included in the cancellation costs.
Travel and cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out suitable travel and cancellation insurance. Depending on the terms of your policy, this may protect you against costs if you unexpectedly need to cancel your stay.

According to Cloudflare, this measurement feature uses neither cookies nor local browser storage and does not track visitors across different websites. Processing may take place outside your country. Browser settings and blocking software may prevent measurement.
We also count anonymously how often visitors view availability, select travel dates, share a stay period, start the request form and successfully submit a request. No name, email address, telephone number, message, IP address, cookie or persistent visitor identifier is stored. We also record only a limited campaign category from the current link, such as Google, club, partner, email or social media. These counts are shown only in aggregate in the protected management area.

Data we process
When you submit a booking request, we process your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, group composition, information about any dog, your message and consent confirmations, including any voluntary consent to receive future offers. For a review, we process your chosen public name, email address, country/region, stay period, star rating, review text and publication consent.
Purpose and recipients
We use booking data to check availability, process your request, communicate with you and perform any resulting rental agreement. Only when you select the separate voluntary checkbox may we also use your email address for occasional personal offers or news from Chalet Plexat. We use review data to assess your submission and publish part of it only after approval and with your consent; your email address is never published. We use Cloudflare and Resend as technical service providers for hosting, secure storage and email delivery.
Retention and your rights
An application that was rejected and never approved is deleted twelve months after rejection. Pending applications with no follow-up are reviewed and deleted after twelve months. Data from approved bookings is retained for contractual and statutory obligations for up to ten years. Unpublished reviews are removed periodically; published reviews remain until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested. A legal hold or dispute prevents deletion. You may request access, correction or deletion using the email address above and withdraw your consent to offers at any time. Withdrawal does not affect your booking. The website uses no advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
